Brais Mendez is always an option for Sociedad, too. But the most important thing for La Real is to improve its performance in defense.

Celta Vigo are having a better season than Real Sociedad. They are 7th in the standings with 49 points. The team is playing well under the coach Claudio Giraldez and they are having a realistic chances for a Top 7 finish and an European qualification.

In their last game Celta enjoyed their 14th La Liga win for the season. The team faced Sevilla at home and achieved a difficult, but sweet 3-2 win at the Balaidos. Ilaix Moriba opened the score for Celta while Oscar Mingueza and Borja Iglesias scored the other two.

Borja Iglesias is now Celta’s top scorer in the league since the beginning of the season. He has 10 goals on his account. Iago Aspas is following him with 9.
